APPLY SAME ALL TITLE ITALICIZEDFONT USED ON THE COVER PAGE FOR TITLE AND DATE BY DELETING UNATTRACTIVE FONT LISTED IN COL 1s CONTENTS & PUBLISHERS STATEMENT
ALSO DELETE 4 dots BETWEEN HISTORY........Feb.
1 .Col 1., Center the word CONTENTS, using same font and font size for name of mag issue
2. Col. For Chapters, apply same smaller upper/lower font style as used in CONTENTS
3 Indent all page fonts 4 spaces to right
4 Under Publishers Statement on Right Column Para 4 sent 1 to read: Expect contrary racist statistics regarding Blacks will minimize when more Black media becomes publicly visible
5 Page 7, Vol. 2, Para. 1 line 8 delete - himself is Sean Combs.
6. Page 26, Col 2, small para., line six add h to read has instead of as
7. Page 26, Col. 2, below George Norford photo can you delete the black bold line on left of small article?
8. Page 26, Col. 2-3 Thomasina Norford - right hand caption line starting with line 3 adding ; to read after Amsterdam News columnist; the first Black U.S. Registered Congressional lobbyist; an AKA Soror; President.F.D. Roosevelts Minority Employment Director
13. Page 38 - At the end of the first Rain Ad delete entire 5 line caption starting with Earn. insert this caption in bold, maybe 10 font-size even if the book ad below must be moved down to read:
