Graphic Designer

Profile

The Graphic Designer will develop and manipulate marketing collateral in a variety of mediums and formats for the Firm. The employee must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with time-sensitive materials, and maintain strict confidentiality due to the nature of the position.

Essential Job Duties:

•Produce and develop material to be used in outputs that include, but not limited to the Firm website, the Firm intranet site, print and web advertising, invitations, proposals, apparel, collateral materials, and any other forms of documentation, as deemed necessary by the Firm

•Create designs, concepts and layouts based on fundamental layout principals and contemporary design while adhering to brand standards

•Prepare print-and upload-ready, professional-grade documents for traditional and electronic publishing mechanisms

•Work closely with Director of Marketing and Creative Manager

•Other projects and duties, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Studio Arts or another similar field required

•Minimum two years of experience working in a business environment

•Experience working in a law firm or other professional services environment required

•Working knowledge of major graphic design software, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, among others, is required

•Proficient in Adobe Premiere and other multimedia software is a plus

•Experience in coding is a plus

•Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

•Excellent problem-solving skills

•Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with attorneys and business professionals

•Must be a team player

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Strong attention to detail

•Must be able to perform all essential duties
