Web Designer Jobs description
A web designer is involved in the design and production of websites and webpages, Flash messages, online banners, innovative email campaigns, themes for sites, and graphical support for software. Web designers are also responsible for incorporating graphical user interfaces, designing advertisements, and creating products such as e-cards. A web designer may also be referred to as a web graphic designer, a graphic designer, a web developer, a multimedia designer, a UI designer, or an HTML designer.Companies involved in information technology enabled services, website development, website management, online advertising, or online marketing hire web designers. Additionally, some organizations offer temporary positions for student designers or design interns. Applicants for web designer jobs most likely will need to be familiar with some or all of the following: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, HTML and CSS, MySQL, SQL Server, ASP, or .NET. Understanding colors and palettes is also essential for those who wish to obtain web designer jobs.
