Description
The Professional 2, Creative Development develops and designs advertising/marketing communications materials to effectively represent the products, services, brands, and/or the organization to customers and prospects. The Professional 2, Creative Development work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities
The Professional 2, Creative Development applies various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the target audience for the organization and its products, services and brands. Develops and coordinates multimedia packages (e.g., letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays). Involves use of sponsorship, events and sales promotions. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bilingual - English/Spanish
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or fine arts
Minimum 3 years of experience in the following: Adobe applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional) and MS Office on a PC platform
Demonstrated superior organizational skills to keep track of multiple requests, projects and campaigns in queue
Pursues excellence: Possesses high attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with many different departments and functions across the organization
Broad knowledge and experience with large databases
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work on a team and individually while being self-motivated
Above average skills in communication, logical thinking, and marketing
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Has high interest in the health and wellness industry
Is self-motivated and takes initiative; proactively finds ways to improve and connect
Has agency experience
