**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 7 years of experience who can lead design projects from  conceptualization to completion. As part of our marketing team, you will collaborate with other designers and writers in the marketing team and key stakeholders in various corporate groups and divisions. You are an expert in developing brand concept and designing a wide variety of graphic assets for integrated marketing campaigns and projects across all media, including tradeshow booths, annual reports, proposal graphics, advertising, social media, brochures, data sheets, booklets, presentations, logos, etc. You will develop new creative visual concepts within our existing visual framework to ensure consistent branding and messaging for all marketing channels. •    Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time•    Creates proposal graphics and presentations for proposal inclusion and customer presentations•    Reads and interprets RFP requirements to ensure compliance with all fonts, page, sizing, and other proposal submission requirements•    Ensures graphics are developed within proposal schedule•    Works closely with internal company contacts to understand requirements and create efficient graphic designs through the best available mediums. •    Show proven ability to contribute to all stages of the creative development process from concept, design to final production.•    Utilization of strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to deliver and apply constructive creative feedback.•    Produces creative concepts, logos, presentations, brand identity systems, design solutions, and final design files with minimal supervision.•    Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications.•    Experience/knowledge of print process, setting up design/files for print and ability to manage in-house resources and print vendors. •    Ensures brand consistency across all marketing channels, update and enforce visual/brand style guide for companywide use and by partners/vendors•    Experience in videography is a plus•    Bachelor’s degree in graphic/information design, or equivalent•    Minimum of 7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment •    Must have the ability to interpret and understand Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements•    Expert skill with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat•    Advanced skill with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint•    Ability to communicate both verbally and written •    Previous experience in commercial or government proposal graphics•    Due to the nature of the environment (fast-paced, high volume, while meeting deadlines), the individual must be a team player, self-starter, skilled at working under pressure and must possess outstanding interpersonal skills.•    Excellent design aesthetic/creativity, typography, and a keen eye for design details •    Videography/Video Editing, especially for social media•    Photography – for internal events•    HTML/CSS•    Digital Marketing•    Experience in designing for aerospace, rail, national security, cyber or related fields.•    Excellent organizational skills; experience with Atlassian’s JIRA helpdesk/job tracking tool.#LI-DM1Located just outside of Washington D.C. in Springfield, Va., our corporate headquarters location is home to the CEO and President, the Finance Division, the Human Resources Division, and the Marketing Communications Division.The CEO and President provide **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s long-term planning and strategy and set vision and goals for the company, including financial management and performance, business planning and execution, research and development, and overseeing all corporate and operating divisions.**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., Inc. and its wholly owned U.S. subsidiaries are equal opportunity/affirmative action employers, committed to diversity in the workplace.
