Uses a variety of educational media to design and develop state-of-the-art training tools and programs for designated Aetna audiences; assesses and reports on the effectiveness and ROI of training programs
This role will be responsible for creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content for undocumented processes and existing Word based material. They will have to work with multiple business units to identify target audience's training needs. Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them. They will also need to be able to determine ROI for each implemented project.
Strong business background. Experience in application of performance-based instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, performance consulting and educational media desired. 5 years expience in a managed care or related business.
5 - 10 years managed care/ health insurance industry experience.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
