Job Description:

The graphic designer will function as part of the multimedia team to support a variety of customer support multimedia and interactive e-learning content. We’re looking for a highly collaborative and creative team player with experience working within branding standards, designing content to illustrate technical concepts, and working with internal customers to meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of effective teamwork, innovation, and dedication to enhancing user experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field

Preferred Additional Skills:

Demonstrated experience developing graphic assets based on established storyboards

Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver

A well-designed portfolio, highlighting a creative and innovative approach and a strong understanding of design principles as well as UI/UX practices

Experience with responsive/mobile design, HTML, and CSS

Proven track record of continuous improvement and commitment to lifelong learning

Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new applications and technologies

Microsoft Office Tools: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.

Experience with eLearning rapid development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora

Experience designing training for SCORM/LMS deployment
