Ensure that all members of the team understand how they’re contributing to the success of the project and the agency.

Actively coach direct reports to maximize their impact and professional development.

Help define team culture and promote culture through coaching/mentorship.

Embody the values of a CM leader and share/promote the agency culture in all interactions (internally and externally).

Actively identify talent that would positively contribute to agency culture.

Exhibit working knowledge across adjacent domains, such as visual design, front-end development, brand strategy, and content strategy.

Be known throughout the agency as a UX leader that is sought after by discipline leads, office GMs, and the executive team for UX input.

Engage in the industry and act as an ambassador of the CM brand when attending conferences/meetings.

Own key UX components of the business development process based on experience and contribute to the development of the overall sales story.

What I liked about the service is that it had such a comprehensive collection of jobs! I was using a number of sites previously and this took up so much time, but in joining EmploymentCrossing, I was able to stop going from site to site and was able to find everything I needed on EmploymentCrossing.
