We’re on the hunt for a rock-star graphic designer to join our über-talented Creative team. Our ideal candidate is creative (naturally), detail-oriented, and collaborative—a skilled typographer with an eye on design trends.
As a designer and member of our Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for bringing department initiatives and brand concepts to life across multiple platforms (print, web, and other digital). This position is dynamic and all about ownership—it’s the kind of opportunity that will allow you to develop unique and memorable concepts and to bring these designs to completion in all related collateral materials. As such, you’ll be expected to flex your creative muscles routinely as you generate assets that are both on-brand and consumer-inspiring. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As our newest graphic designer, you’ll...
Develop inspiring and strategic layouts for print and digital marketing collateral (Help us help America rediscover its love of bowling/laneside dining/awesome parties)
Carry out graphic design tasks from ideation to production (like the great designer you are)
Be reliable, resourceful, and a team player
Take creative input and direction (divas and egotists need read no further…)
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize like a pro (Got mad time-management skills? Fantastic.)
Take ownership and responsibility for assigned projects (think of yourself as a design Sherpa, guiding your projects to the safety of a neighboring hill—or, y’know, production)
Interact with outside marketing partners (e.g., agencies, media buyers, print production vendors, etc.) to get our marketing materials out the door and into our venues.
Work with other graphic designers to implement programs (…because dream work comes from teamwork)
Develop and work with both internal and external content providers

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Degree (BFA, BA, BS) in Graphic Design / Design Communications
Minimum of three years of graphic design experience (hospitality experience is a major plus!)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Mac OS X
…and Bonus Points if you have a knowledge of: Adobe After Effects, HTML, Flash, Final Cut Pro, and other marketing-related content management tools
