Trial Graphics Specialist

The Trial Graphics Specialist will play an important role in the courtroom presentations from King & Spalding\u2019s attorneys. Using various technologies, this role will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of visualizing evidence for trial, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, jury research and client meetings.\u00A0The firm offers a generous total compensation package with bonuses and raises awarded in recognition of individual merit-based performance. Eligible employees may participate in King & Spalding\u2019s comprehensive benefit program including health and wellness plan, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts and a health savings account, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing plan, on-site gym access, discount programs, an onsite childcare center and a substantial Paid Time Off (PTO) program.\u00A0By working closely with the trial team, the Trial Graphics Specialist will:\u00A0Provide expert consulting services to litigation teams on the effective application of trial communication methods and multimedia presentations.\u00A0Assist in the identification, development, and presentation of trial themes.\u00A0Coordinate the development of demonstrative graphics that enhance persuasion opportunities.\u00A0Participate in trial preparation activities, including the collection and organization of evidence.\u00A0Travel occasionally to be onsite with trial team as needed\u00A0Requirements and Qualifications:\u00A0Familiarity with trial presentation software (Sanction, OnCue, Trial Director, TrialMax, etc.).\u00A0Expertise in graphic design applications (PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Visio, etc.).\u00A0Facility with legal imaging and transcript management databases (Concordance, Livenote).\u00A0Advanced PC-based computer skills (Windows or Mac)\u00A0Basic knowledge of digital video/different formats.\u00A0Linear digital video editing (Premiere, Final Cut Pro).\u00A0Ability to fulfill conflicting priorities in a high-stakes, high-stress environment.\u00A0Effective leadership, team building and problem-solving ability.\u00A0Strong data management and organizational skills.\u00A0Clear and concise oral and written communication.\u00A0Strong client presence with ability to offer solutions to attorney issues and problems regarding technology and presentation of evidence.\u00A0Ability to produce compelling visual presentations and to take that presentation from concept to courtroom.\u00A0Create visual strategies that get to the core of the message by simplifying facts and organizing themes.\u00A0Familiarity with all image, audio, and video file types and expertise in converting files to acceptable formats.\u00A0High level of professionalism.\u00A0Strong problem-solving skills.\u00A0Value and practice efficiency, responsiveness, communication, and innovation.\u00A0Bilingual is a plus\u00A0We are proud of our remarkably cohesive culture, which now encompasses more than 2100 lawyers and business professionals in 23 offices worldwide.
