Splunk is looking for a motivated and technical eLearning Designer with excellent motion graphic design skills. A person that can take a technical idea and design visuals that Splunk users can easily understand. We are not hiring a person to come to work and just \do their thing\. We need to talk.Responsibilities:Ability to turn technical ideas into easy to understand motion graphics.Desire to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.Communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with management, team members, and other departmentsAdapt well to changing job and project requirementsRequirements:An outstanding demo reelExperience in video production pipelinesExpert knowledge of motion design principlesAbility to understand highly technical topics and turn them into understandable motion graphicsAbility to integrate into existing workflows while providing relevant experience to improve our internal processesExcellent knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator and PhotoshopKnowledge of Premiere, eLearning tools (Captivate, Storyline, Rise), screen capture software (Screenflow, Camtasia) a plusAbility to adapt to changing workflows and ramp on new video production softwareAbility to design graphics that can be updated/reused as neededExcellent attention to detailAbility to tackle a delegated task with a minimum of supervisionAbility to work under tight deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFor an example of the content you could be building, please visit our Splunk How-To YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/SplunkHowToWe value diversity at our company.
