The ECD role leads the creative/ideas functions within a Jack Morton office and serves as a senior creative director on targeted pitch and client opportunities. This role is accountable for hiring and nurturing talent, shaping and inspiring an award-winning creative department, and working in partnership with the Managing Director and other discipline leads to grow the office client roster and annual revenues.
As a part of the management team in the office, you will report directly to the Managing Director and help build the revenue, market reputation and culture required for continuous growth
As part of the senior creative leadership of the agency, you will work closely with the Chief Creative Officer to help realize the global creative vision for Jack Morton
Lead pitch teams and win new business for your assigned office
Serve as a manager, mentor and team member—directing, inspiring and doing
Hire, train and develop a team to deliver on our creative vision
Inspire commitment, loyalty, pride, and spirit in the organization, making Jack Morton a great place to work
Bring passion for new creative thinking and bold ideas to our clients and the wider agency
Network with our global creative teams to share ideas, knowledge and resources
Serve as a representative on the Global Creative Council, if nominated
Foster a culture and environment conducive to producing bold experience-based ideas for the world’s greatest brands
Champion bold, strategically-led ideas and creative approaches to solving our clients’ problems
Lead a wider creative, design, technology, and production team to bring ideas to life in a broad range of mediums (physical, traditional, digital and social)
Serve as a creative director for selected assignments and/ or clients
Work closely with the creative and production communities to ensure your ideas are as powerful in reality as they were when conceived
Own the creative product that leaves the office, continually critiquing the quality of all creative output
','!*!Experience we're looking for:
10 years with a strong background in the world of visual or live/physical storytelling and creativity around brands
Proven leadership ability
A track record of producing award winning work at one or more top-tier awards festivals (Effie, Cannes, Clio, D&AD, London International, One Show, etc.)
Prior success at a leading brand or experiential agency, or a progressive advertising/ideas/digital agency
Demonstrates the ability to tell stories about brands to multiple audiences, through breakthrough visual or experiential design and creativity, with strong digital savvy.
Passionate about brands, ideas, stories, design and events/live/environmental, and a fascination with how to apply that passion to marketing campaigns and other brand experiences
