\u003cli\u003eDegree in design-related field or equivalent experience.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExpertise in core UX disciplines including information architecture, interaction design, application of design systems, and UI design.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMastery of critical tools such as Figma, Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other common design and prototyping tools.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePassionate about Design Thinking.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExcellent verbal and written communications skills.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience with accessibility, localization, and internationalization.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience working directly with developers to ensure the successful implementation of a design specifications\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eA solid portfolio demonstrating a history of crafting phenomenal experiences\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eFamiliarity with content strategy, content management, taxonomy and large-scale digital publishing.\u003c/li\u003e
