Instructional Designer On Call
* Developing a range of instructional materials, such as self-paced guides, case studies, job aids, videos, and evaluations; scenario-based concepts for games (interactive assessment exercises); and concepts for mobile learning using smart phones and tablets
* Designing and developing training materials and curricula to support program implementation across targeted audiences * * Researching, analyzing, and evaluating materials for development into instructional modules
* Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify specific training needs and develop solutions
* Experience using Dreamweaver, HTML, and Flash Note this a on call position
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
* Demonstrated experience developing interactive online and multimedia training and performance support systems
* Experience in research and evaluation in instructional technologies and distance education
* Excellent writing and communication skills are essential.
